      Thy’re not competing in representation of russia though. Thus, they’re not waving the russian flag and aren’t useful as show off for propaganda.

        Regardless. I’m fairly certain the athletes identify as Russian and the Russian public knows who they are. The propaganda is well and alive, flag or not.
