    Good. Every jurisdiction in the world should do this. When I was 13 I knew damn well the difference between right & wrong and I knew not to commit crimes. So tired of people saying that people’s brains aren’t fully developed until age 25. Bullshit. People know the difference between right & wrong from a very young age. The first time you tell them something is wrong, they understand it. The only exceptions are psychopaths & sociopaths, they are a different breed and need special attention & care & therapy. Everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions to maintain a safe environment for themselves & others.
