How many proofs does one need to accept a truth?

Are we not already ready? The command structures exist. Does anyone have an analysis about the Russian strength in comparison to the EU? Apart from nukes, what can Russia add in comparison to the war in Ukraine that could threaten the EU?

The Gulf countries are also seeing the usefulness of US bases when a war starts.
