I’m unable to reproduce this through lemmy-ui. Did you use a different UI, or perhaps use something like curl to manually craft an HTTP POST request?

Nope. I just opened lemmy.ml in Firefox

You have to enter U+200E the character, not
U+200E
. In firefox (on linux at least), hold ctrl+shift and click u then (let go of ctrl and shift) type 200e and click enter or space and it will input U+200E as a char.Thank you. Just replicated the issue.
Update: I also finally opened an issue.
