If full time Walmart employees need government assistance programs to afford food and pay their rent, is it not Walmart who is leaning on government assistance?
Looks like head collision. Make sure the bed isn’t baked on the other side causing bumps. It’s odd that it’s multiple spots so definitely look under the bed and make sure everything is clean. If so then check out the bed for breakdown in the top layer. There’s not a great reason other than z collision for that tearing.
It looks to me like those clips that come inward a bit are under-supported and it’s leading to poor adhesion of the whole layer. You may try again without the “ignore or remove minor overhangs” equivalent option ticked.
Another common gotcha is water absorption in the filament leading to previous code no longer working with the same spool.
After all that maybe your bed has degraded or perhaps a temperature probe has come loose somewhere and needs new paste.
