LOL. That’s your understanding of research?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korea_under_Japanese_rule

From 1910 to 1945, Korea was ruled by the Empire of Japan as a colony under the name Chōsen (朝鮮), the Japanese reading of “Joseon”

After the surrender of Japan at the end of the war, Korea was liberated from Japanese colonial rule, but was immediately divided into occupation zones under the rule of the Soviet Union and of the United States.

    Try harder, please.

Ah, so it wasn’t just the United States. Heh. Funny. Also, you missed a whole part about Soviet Union trying to take over the whole Korea first.

Anyway, I’m done taking homework from someone using the term “russophobia” unironically.

And I’m done trying to educate someone who thinks they can develop sufficient understanding by spending 3 minutes reading Wikipedia articles. You’re a lost cause and your “opinions” are worth as much effort as you put into them.
