A few years ago I would have agreed with you, but after watching the US’s disastrous campaign in Iran I’m not as sure. I think there are quite a few European countries that could lock the US into an unwinnable conflict.
Yeah war has changed massively and it sure seems like most of the US military is equipped for combat that drone warfare has rendered obsolete. Not to mention the rampant corruption in the government - hard to say what they’re capable of anymore.
