I don’t know if he has the competence to speak up to Kallas. His lies (debts, immigration, coalitions) - we also won’t speak about his time at Black Rock - show him in a very bad light. In contrast, Kallas seems to keep her words and shows some sense in what she is saying, which makes me even proud to have such a person high up in the EU.

Kaja Kallas seems to be one of the few officials left in the EU who are not afraid to use the uncomfortable words.

Such comparisons are always difficult. Why do you want to compare the Israel / Palestine conflict to apartheid or any other historical event? It’s useless. Just criticize the actions of Israel as they are: innocent Palestinians are being killed, Gaza shouldn’t be occupied etc etc. let’s focus on the facts and condemn Israel for its deeds (and hamas independently of that). And Merz should pipe down.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably is a duck.

The duck shaped animal we are looking at looks a lot like Apartheid garnished with a liberal serving of genocide. Or the other way round.
